Wai Wai noodles – snack

Crush the noodles before opening the bag. Open and add all the spices to taste. Shake well and consume directly from the bag.

Ingredients:

One pack of Wai Wai noodles, spices and oil contained in a pack of Wai Wai noodles

  • 20g peanuts
  • 20g chopped onions
  • 20g chopped tomatoes
  • 20g chopped peppers
  • 5-10 chopped peppers
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Crush the Wai Wai noodles before opening the bag. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together adding the lemon and salt at the very end. Mix well and serve as a snack.

Note:

If you prefer your  Wai Wai noodles less spicy, use a ¼ bag of chili spices.

Wai Wai noodle soup

Put the noodles and spices into a bowl. Add 250 ml – 300 ml of boiling water. Cover for two-three minutes and your Wai Wai soup with noodles is ready to eat.

Ingredients:

One pack of Wai Wai noodles, spices and oil contained in a pack of Wai Wai noodles

  • 400ml water
  • 20g cooked carrots
  • 20g peas
  • 20g cooked cauliflower
  • 20g cooked cauliflower
  • 5-10 drops of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Put the Wai Wai noodles in boiling water. Add the powder spices and the onion-flavored oil contained in packets within the Wai Wai packs. Then add all the ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes. Near the end, add lemon and stir. Your Wai Wai soup with noodles is ready to be served.

Wai Wai with vegetables

Ingredients:

One pack of Wai Wai noodles, spices and oil contained in a pack of Wai Wai noodles

  • 10g oil
  • 20g mushrooms
  • 20g cooked carrots
  • 20g cooked cauliflower
  • 20g corn flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Briefly fry the above vegetables on oil in a pan at medium temperature all the while adding powder spices and onion-flavored oil. At the end, add corn flour, salt and pepper to taste and continue frying for several more minutes. Place the cooked Wai Wai noodles and the prepared vegetables on a separate plate and serve immediately.

Tip:

For non-vegetarians, a fried egg may be added to the above meal.
